When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account.

Content Data

When you use the Service, we collect the content URL and store AI-generated outputs and associated metadata. Media content is processed temporarily and is not retained after analysis is complete.

Usage Data

We collect usage metrics including content processed per account and feature usage counts to manage service tiers.

Push Notification Token

We store your device push token to deliver processing completion notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in Settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, provide, and improve the Service, manage your account, deliver notifications, and personalise your experience.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers to help us operate and improve the Service. These third parties receive only the data necessary to perform their specific function and are obligated not to use it for any other purpose. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside India by our service providers, subject to adequate data protection standards.

5. Optional Account Linking

If you choose to link a third-party account, any connection data is stored on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers. You may unlink at any time from Settings.

Your data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at team@caipher.app. You may also withdraw your consent for future data processing at any time. Withdrawing consent may limit your ability to use certain features.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children who do not meet the minimum age requirements of the platforms whose content they access through the Service. Where a user is not of legal age to provide consent independently in their jurisdiction, we require that a parent or legal guardian provide consent on their behalf. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a user without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
